Explorer for Mac은 무료 버전으로 충분히 사용해 보신 뒤 Pro를 구매하실 수 있습니다. 그래도 Pro가 기대에 맞지 않았다면 아래 기준에 따라 환불해 드립니다.
1. 환불 기준
- 구매일로부터 14일 이내라면 사유를 묻지 않고 전액 환불합니다.
- 14일이 지난 경우에도 결제 오류, 중복 결제, 또는 Pro 기능이 정상적으로 동작하지 않아 운영자가 해결하지 못한 경우에는 환불해 드립니다.
- 관련 법령(「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 등)이 이용자에게 더 유리한 권리를 보장하는 경우 해당 법령을 우선 적용합니다.
2. 환불 신청 방법
다음 중 편한 방법으로 신청하세요.
- 이메일: support@yjlab.io 로 주문번호(또는 구매 시 사용한 이메일)와 함께 환불을 요청합니다.
- Lemon Squeezy: 구매 확인 이메일 또는 Lemon Squeezy 주문 페이지에서 요청할 수 있습니다.
3. 처리 절차와 기간
- 결제는 판매 대행사인 Lemon Squeezy가 처리하므로, 환불도 Lemon Squeezy를 통해 원래 결제 수단으로 이루어집니다.
- 환불은 요청 확인 후 보통 영업일 기준 수일 내에 처리되며, 카드사나 결제 수단에 따라 실제 반영까지 5~10영업일이 걸릴 수 있습니다.
4. 환불 후 라이선스
환불이 완료되면 해당 라이선스 키가 비활성화되어 라이선스 파일을 다시 받을 수 없고, 라이선스 사용 권한도 종료됩니다. 앱의 Settings ▸ Explorer Pro ▸ Remove License로 라이선스를 지워 주세요. 무료 버전의 기능은 그대로 계속 사용할 수 있습니다.

You can try Explorer for Mac as long as you like with the free version before buying Pro. If Pro still isn’t right for you, we’ll refund it as described below.
1. Eligibility
- Within 14 days of purchase, we give a full refund, no questions asked.
- After 14 days, we still refund billing errors, duplicate charges, and cases where a Pro feature does not work and we are unable to fix it.
- Where applicable consumer law gives you stronger rights, that law applies.
2. How to request a refund
Use whichever is easier:
- Email support@yjlab.io with your order number (or the email address you purchased with).
- Lemon Squeezy: request it from your purchase confirmation email or your Lemon Squeezy order page.
3. Processing
- Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, so refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.
- Refunds are usually processed within a few business days of the request; depending on your bank or payment method, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.
4. Your license after a refund
Once a refund is complete, the license key is deactivated, the license file can no longer be downloaded, and the right to use the license ends. Please remove it in the App under Settings ▸ Explorer Pro ▸ Remove License. All free features keep working as before.
